Yes, of course!
1. I divided whole haircut into smaller parts (like layers of cloth one on top other)
2. Added HairMesh Link modifier on each part.
3. Moved to MD3 and create 4 layers of cloth (to imitate layers of hairs). Simulate it:
4. Import point cache of cloth animation to 3ds Max
5. Attach each MeshLink to corresponding layer of simulated cloth using Skin Wrap modifier.
